We are an independent non-profit organization that is not funded by tax dollars or national organizations like the ASPCA or HSUS. We rely solely on the support of our local community.

Over the last 3 years, we have had more kittens come into our care than ever before. In 2024, we took in over 380 kittens and adult cats, adopting out more than 390 from our the Turquoise Teapot & Cat Cafe, Petco, Teca Tu, Santa Fe Cats, and foster homes. Many of these cats came from Santa Fe County, while others came from under-served areas of New Mexico. Some arrive very sick and frail; we do all that we can to save them. Last year, our veterinary bills averaged nearly $14,000 a month. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO CONTINUE THIS WORK.
