Cat Spay of Santa Fe is a program of the Zimmer Foundation, a 501(c)3 private operating foundation established in 1980 and conducting cat welfare programs since 1998 — first in southeastern Michigan, now in northern new Mexico. (The programs they conducted in Michigan are summarized here.) Their focus is cat spay/neuter, having now fixed over 13,000 cats for over 3,000 caregivers.
